NYC Drinking Water Supply and Quality Report
We recently received this email from DEP and found it pretty interesting because it gives you a link to the 2022 Drinking Water Supply & Quality Report which provides a full breakdown of NYC’s water supply, where it comes from, and the quality of the water we get here. Our advice, print out the report and read it in your downtime. The report covers things like how they test for quality, Dos and Don’ts of water conservation, tips on how to limit lead exposure, and much more. Pretty cool stuff if you like to learn about things like this 🙂

Zillow Rental Manager for Rental Listing & Advertising
One of our team members recently had a vacancy in one of their properties so they had to move quickly to find their new tenants. Before listing it on the MLS, they placed it on Zillow using the Zillow Rental Manager. The process was super simple, and the Rental Manager interface was very user friendly. They even have an app that makes it easy to manage the apartment rental(s), inquiries, applications, etc. There’s no fee for the service so if you own an investment property, we would definitely suggest using the Zillow Rental Manager. What was good is that just placing it on Zillow yielded a lot of leads from potential tenants. Only thing we don’t like as much is the application. Our teammates actually prefer using Zumper for tenant applications. In any case, check it out and let us know if you have any other lanord/property management tips 🙂
Check out Renderings of NYC’s New $780M Soccer Stadium
I’m sure you heard that NYC is going to have a new soccer stadium soon. Well, the New York City Football Club just released renderings of the new stadium. Looks pretty cool so far! I’m sure it will have its pros and cons, but overall the team is feeling pretty excited about having a football stadium and team to cheer for 🙂
Well, that’s it for this month. If you have any questions or need any real estate help, please don’t hesitate to reach out 🙂
