Daniel has experience with all types of real estate in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. While he does have experience selling in these three boroughs, his specialty areas are Northern Brooklyn and Manhattan’s west side from Chelsea to Harlem. Daniel worked for years in the Manhattan & Brooklyn real estate markets so he adds a unique value to NYC real estate consumers.
Work History
Daniel entered the real estate industry in 2015 after working in fine dining and hospitality for many years. Having also been a classically trained musician and worked as a professional musician, Daniel’s background has benefited his clients tremendously because of his attention to detail, his commitment to excellence and his experience delivering excellent service. Having lived in Queens since 2009, and worked in Manhattan for most of that time, he is not only familiar with the borough, but also very familiar with the various sub-sections and micro neighborhoods across the city.
Education
Daniel earned a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance from San Francisco State University. His training in music has instilled in him a life-long habit of learning and study. With regards to real estate, Daniel attends weekly trainings, reads about 12-15 business related books per year, and is studying and researching real estate data on a daily basis to keep up with local economic conditions in order to best advise his clients and also be on the cutting edge of real estate agents. This collection of knowledge and experience allows Daniel to provide a great experience and expert advice for his clients.

Daniel is a Brooklyn real estate expert with over 50 properties sold and rented. Daniel is a full time Realtor so he spends every day of the week studying the market, helping his clients, and staying in tune with trends that affect the local housing market. Daniel has a deep passion for the real estate industry but more importantly, he enjoys helping people achieve with their real estate goals. Daniel is committed to learning everything there is to know about NYC real estate so he is constantly reading, attending trainings, and staying up to date with economic news that impacts our local market. Interests and Hobbies
In his free time, Daniel loves to play and record music, cook, and practice photography. Daniel is also an avid beach volleyball and indoor volleyball player. When he’s not selling real estate, you can probably catch him at Riverside Park on summer weekends playing doubles beach volleyball, or at the Metropolitan Opera House or Carnegie Hall during the fall and winter months, enjoying a concert or opera. You may even see him performing from time to time in various venues around the city.
